Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Purchases

1. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement between the customer and the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra is concluded when the customer clicks the “Complete order” button after selecting specific seats for a specific concert and entering the customer and credit card details in the appropriately marked fields. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Payment

Payment is only possible using one of the following credit cards:

• MASTERCARD/EUROCARD
• VISA
• AMEXCO

3. Booking Fees

A booking fee of CHF 5.– is charged for all online bookings. If the customer selects the “Delivery” option, the tickets will be sent by post to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be claimed or redeemed online.

4. Seat Availability

The seats available for online ticket purchases are limited to those marked as available online.

The Lucerne Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to modify the seating plan and assign the customer different seats of equal or better quality if the seat originally booked is no longer available as a result of the modification or if the customer’s enjoyment of the performance from that seat would be significantly impaired.

5. Programme Changes

Even after advance ticket sales have begun, the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to cancel a concert, substitute a different work, or change the date, time, or performers of a concert. Final starting times should be checked in the daily press. Programme changes or changes to the starting time of a concert do not entitle the customer to a refund of the purchase price.

6. Audiovisual Recordings by the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra

The Lucerne Symphony Orchestra records certain performances on audio and audiovisual media. For this purpose, it reserves the right to modify the seating plan based on the positioning of the cameras. The customer agrees that such recordings may be broadcast on television, released on DVD, or otherwise published, even if the customer appears in them.

7. Image and Sound Recordings

Customers are prohibited from making any kind of image or sound recording during concerts by the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra.

8. Place of Jurisdiction

This ticket purchase agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the city of Lucerne.
